Return Policy

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: custom prints and special order prints.

We also require all returned artwork to be shipped out by the buyer within three (3) days after confirming with us that the work will be returned. So, if you receive artwork you’ve purchased from Joel H. Mark, Photographer and are not fully satisfied, you have:

1. Fourteen (14) days to contact us about your intent to return the work


2. Three (3) days from the day you contacted us to ship out the artwork through a traceable

method and provide us with the shipment’s tracking number.

If you do not notify us of your intent to return the work within 14 days of receipt or you do not ship the work within 3 days of notifying us, you will NOT be eligible for refund (less shipping and handling charges) or exchange. (Some exceptions will apply. Please contact us for an assessment of your specific situation.)

How to Return an Original, Undamaged Work


Please note: The following products are not eligible for return: custom and special order prints.

Step 1 – Within fourteen (14) days of your merchandise delivery date, please call 323-788-3602 between the hours of 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST Monday through Saturday or email info@joelmark.com to give us your order information and the reason for wanting to return the work.



Step 2 – Repackage the artwork using the original packaging materials. If you’ve already disposed of the original packaging, you’ll be responsible for purchasing the same type of packaging materials to send the artwork back safely to JHMP.

Step 3 – Arrange to send the packaged artwork directly back to the Joel H. Mark, Photographer using a traceable and insured shipping method.

Step 4 – Email all shipping details including tracking number to info@joelmark.com Once the piece safely reaches Joel H. Mark, Photographer, Joel H. Mark, Photographer will process your return and the credit amount will be sent to you (minus shipping costs and international customs fees, if any) within 7-10 business days of your merchandise return.

  • Joel H. Mark, Photographer is not responsible for undelivered returns.

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for international returns.

  • Risk of Loss and Insurance. The risk of loss or damage to the Work and the provision of any insurance to cover such loss or damage shall be the responsibility of the Collector from the time of receipt of the artwork until Joel H. Mark, Photographer receives the return.

What to Do If the Artwork Arrives Damaged

Step 1 – Within seven (7) days of your merchandise delivery date, please call 323-788-3602 between the hours of 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST Monday through Saturday or email us at info@joelmark.com to give us your order information.


Step 2 - Save original packaging!
 


Step 3 - Take photos of damaged artwork and packaging. Please email these photos to info@joelmark.com.


Step 4 – A Joel H. Mark, Photographer support representative will contact you to discuss next steps.
